Hi at all.
In the word outer ,in my Cambridge Dictionary I've heard that t is pronounce d,but in a movie it is pronounce t.
Can you explain me this please.

They give the pronunciation as /t/ for both British and American English here:outer adjective - definition in British English Dictionary & Thesaurus - Cambridge Dictionary Online
outer adj - definition in American English Dictionary - Cambridge Dictionary Online

Sometimes in connected speech /t/ can become /d/, but that doesn't mean it happens all the time.
