Please in this sentence.
[SUP]ə[/SUP]l, [SUP]ə[/SUP]m, [SUP]ə[/SUP]n can be pronounced either: əl or l ̩ etc.: /ˈleɪb.[SUP]ə[/SUP]l/ = /ˈleɪb.əl/ or /ˈleɪb.
I don't understood what is [SUP]ə[/SUP]l, [SUP]ə[/SUP]m, [SUP]ə[/SUP]n and
Please can you give me an example
