Which are correct:

1) As regards two of my friends, I don't know if they live in Paris or not. All the others do.
2) I don't know if two of my friends live in Paris or not. All the others do.

I think both are grammatical. However, that doesn't mean they have any practical use.

Note my corrections above. Like Tarheel, I can't say they're grammatically incorrect. However, I can't imagine any context in which I'd need to use those exact words. I'd expect to hear "All but two of my friends live in Paris. I don't know where those two live".
