Chemosis has reduced , allowing examination of the cornea and intraocular structures.

Could we also write this sentence as :

as a result of / because chemosis has reduced, examination of the cornea and intraocular structures has been allowed. ? yes slightly different in meaning. i noticed it. but isn't it a grammatically correct ? i was wondering about this ?

No. For one thing, neither of your alternative suggestions starts with a capital letter.

Try:

As a result of the reduction of chemosis, examination of the cornea and intraocular structure is possible.

Please note that we don't space before end punctuation.
