What is the correct word if I want to explain that we have been delayed with deliveries of something ?

# We are in arrears?

# We are overdue?

'We are in arrears' means that we owe money.

'Deliveries are overdue'.

(Are you supplying the goods or waiting for them?)

Rover

I mean supplying

If you are supplying them then you are late in making the delivery.
