Disagree:

_Don't have license (which only applies for those above 18)
_Lack of driving experience [to avoid crash and other hazard on the road]
_Young drivers are more likely to drive in risky ways: too fast, too close to the vehicle in front and dangerous overtaking
_ Statistically young drivers are more likely to be involved in an accident than older

Example: Young drivers, especially men, who carry friends / peers are more likely to have a crash.

Young drivers lack experience. (But they have to get is some way, don't they?)

Young drivers engage in risky behavior more than other drivers. (Statistics bear this out.)

So what should be done with young drivers until they gain experience (and the judgment that comes with it)?
