I'm pretty sure that the following sentences are grammatically correct:

"Aren't they all our friends?"
"Aren't all of them our friends?"

When should I choose between " subject pronoun + all" VS "All of + pronoun"?

In some contexts and situations, especially depending on what this is said in response to, one might be preferable to the other. Without context, neither's better than the other.
