Hello there..
Which of the following is correct? What's the difference?

"areas of improvement"
"areas for improvement"

Thank you.
 
'areas of improvement' means the improvement is currently on going or being improved. while 'areas for improvement' nothing has been done yet

it is actually both correct, depending on what you want to say.
