Is the following sentence correct and natural?

Are you sure you are flying to Japan?
 
l think that ''are you sure that you are going to fly to Japan''
will you be sure fly toJapan

But is it likely? (It is if there is heavy stress on 'flying' - with the meaning 'Are you sure you're flying to Japan, rather than going overland or taking a ship?')

Less likely scenarios would be in a concussion test, or if someone has caught the wrong plane: 'Are you sure you're flying to Japan? This flight's going to Rio.' 😉

That sentence has a different meaning.
