I joined a chat room and it was someone doing her livestream. I could use the microphone in my phone to chat with her. She kept asking me questions like an interview and I was a bit annoyed. I asked her: Are we doing an interview?

Is my italic sentence natural?

It's natural enough. You could also say, "Are you interrogating me?"

See above. Your question is grammatically correct but I'd probably be a bit more forceful/sarcastic.

Why are you cross-examining/interrogating me?!
So when do I get a chance to ask the questions?
