Trump says: "Anybody that doesn't think there wasn't massive Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election is either very stupid, or very corrupt!"

Does Trump use "wasn't" correctly here? It appears to me that he actually wanted to say "Anybody that doesn't think there was massive Election Fraud..." because Trump firmly believes that there was Election Fraud in the 2020 Presidential Election" and he thinks himself very smart and very clean. So anybody thast doesn't think so is either "very stupid" or "v ery corrupt". But Trump mistakenly used "wasn't" instead of "was".

But I am not very sure. Because in informal usages, "wasn't" might be the equvalent of "was". I am not sure.

You're right that it's wrong. It's a double negative, which means that it logically says precisely the opposite of what he means. This slip was widely reported in the press.
