Anybody teaching medical English??? -in Ecuador...

Hey...I would like to know some 'home-mates' from Europe who are here in Ecuador teaching English- or simply living here. I am working at the Christian University in the North of Quito teaching medical students to get on with speaking the language. Any good tipps of teaching university students ? or anyone who knows material to teach medical English?? I would be greatful for any info...xxx
