Background:
I was told to book an appointment for job interview. However, when I logged onto my job application account, the following words exist "no slot available".

Question:
1) Which verb I should use?
2) Can I use appointment? (I feel difficult to speak "slot")

Sentence:
Will you xxxxx any new appointment?
