Another way of saying "a bit". Please help.

Hi guys,

You have always been helpful so thanks for all the help. Today I am looking for some synonymous term to say "a bit".

Whenever I am writing and I have to say something along the lines of "nothing or very little changed" I use "a bit".

I am looking for some other ways of saying this, could you help please?

For example, John still looks exactly how he looked 10 years back. He hasn't changed a bit.

Even after 20 years nothing had changed in my town.

She tried all the weight-loss diets but didn't lose even 1 pound.

So in sentences above, could you please suggest me some alternatives that give the meaning of "not a bit/not even a bit" to replace the bold parts?

NOT A TEACHER

He hasn't changed in the slightest.
He hasn't changed at all.
He hasn't changed in the least.

There may very well be other ways of saying this, this is just what springs to mind right now.

I might say, for example:
"He hasn't changed in the least/in the slightest".
"not a single thing had changed"
"she'd not lost a gram"

@ MartinEnglish .. Hey Martin thanks for all the suggestions. Could you provide more variations of the last one you suggested ====> She'd not lost a gram?

If nothing changes in terms of weight, are there any other variations that could be used?
