I saw 'Analytical Problem Solving' in a job description.

What did it referring to, an ability to analyse problems or solve problems or both?

Not a teacher.

It would mean both. Being able to analyze problems and to devise solutions.

Depending on context, Numerical Problem Solving could also be a job description.

If you solve a problem analytically it means you usually consider universal laws that rule the phenomena involved in the problem. However, some problems are too hard to solve by hand, so you may need to use a computer, there comes the numerical solution.
