hi

which one is correct

a small world

or

an small world

what i understand is that 's' in small has a sound of vowel 'I'. which is causing the confusion.

thanks

Whoever told you that is quite incorrect.

The letter "s" is pronounced "ess", but not when used as a consonant at the start of a word, so A small world.

When you spell "small" you start with an "s"
