Hi! I would like to ask an interview question which is "How did you approach diving into business school? What worked? What didn't? Why?"
What does this question mean? Does he want to ask how I get into business school? or Why I want to study business school? I'm so confused.
Please help me asap. Thanks a million.

Why do you want to ask a question you don't even understand yourself?

Are you planning to ask it to an interviewer at the end of an interview you're having, or are you interviewing someone else?

How did you approach diving into business school?
approach = what you did to prepare for (business school)
diving into = making a commitment to enter (implies risk)
What worked?
Which part(s) of your preparation did you find useful and worked for you?
What didn't?
Which part(s) of your preparation did you find not very useful and did not work for you?
Explain (elaborate on) the parts that worked and those that didn't.

I see. Thank you, I really appreciate your help in resolving the problem. :)
