An IF statement

Hi,
In a movie a man told a woman the following,

- How am I supposed to help you if you won't help me.

What type of conditional statements is this? I am not aware of a type that has a future simple as the If clause. Is there one?

The word "won't" here has the original full meaning of "will not" = "do not want to".

The sentence is asking, "how am I supposed to help you if you don't want to help me?".

There is no real future here.
