I think "among which" is correct in the following sentence, but how about "of which"?

Despite lacking a specific sports division, the European Council has addressed sports issues on various occasions in the form of recommendations, requests, comments or invitations to the Commission, the Council and others, among which/of which the Amsterdam and Nice Declarations on Sport stand out.

Thanks.

Does anyone have an idea?

Thanks.

'Among which' is better.
