If after careful examination I conclude that someone is a good or bad person, what's the correct word I should use?
I know it means I criticize someone if I say I judge someone. And it's too objective if I "call" someone good or bad.

You are judging that person. So "judge" is a perfectly good word to use.

Thank you for correcting me. I wanted to say "subjective", but strangely I typed objective.

Whether something is too subjective or not is rather subjective.
