All the best bargains will have been sold/ will be sold if we do not get to the market soon.

Are both "will have been sold" and "will be sold" grammatical and usable in this sentence?
 
Start with the "if" clause, and see if it still means what you think it means.

Perhaps:

All the best bargains will be gone by the time we get there if we don't hurry up and get there soon.
