How do I know when to say (all people) or (everyone) in your native-language? I don't think that it would be about something that is peculiar to English.

Use "everyone". "All people" is too grandiose or oratorical.

 It reminds me of the first line of the hymn
All people that on Earth do dwell,
Sing to the Lord with cheerful voice...
The hymn was written in 1561. Many native speakers know it because of the tune ('The Old One Hundredth' - which suggest that it's taken from the King James Bible - Psalm 100), but it's not current.
