Is it correct to say "someone is incisive"? Or should I say they have an incisive mind?

Is this correct?

Alice is very incisive.

or

Alice is such an incisive person.
 
Is it correct to say "someone is incisive" no question mark here or should I say they have an incisive mind?

Is this Are these correct?

1. Alice is very incisive.
or
2. Alice is such an incisive person.
Why does your second sentence not involve "has an incisive mind" since that's what your question's about? Why have you changed "very" to "such"?
