I wonder if I can skip "on" in the sentence below (this is fully my sentence so there can be some other mistakes).

Recently, more and more often I hear about the delta coronavirus variant in Europe, so I will write to you in August to agree on the details of my trip.

You can ... but needn't.

You could use 'confirm the details'.

Hm..... do you mean I can write "agree the details" or if I want to skip "on" I heve to use "confirm the details"? :-D

No.

Forget I wrote You could use 'confirm the details'—it just confused you.

Recently, I've been hearing more and more [STRIKE]often I hear[/STRIKE] about the delta coronavirus variant in Europe
