Hello.

Are the following sentences grammatically correct?

"After a day with intense and contradictory emotions, Tim decided that before returning home, he would talk to Chuck, who despite his obvious bad temper, and notoriously eccentric behavior, always gave a good advice to him. Forgetting to carry food as usual, due to his fragile mental state, Tim was glad when he saw his friend, sitting on a bench near the theater playing with his dog."

Thanks.

Thanks.
Your sentences are too long, and there are too many commas. It's not natural. However, it is grammatical.
I don't get the meaning of the last sentence. Is Tim going to eat Chuck's dog?

Dear Raymott:

First of all, thanks for your help and time.

In the last sentence, I wanted to say that Tim always bring food when he was to meet Chuck (who is a hobo). After a hard day, Tim was glad to see Chuck, in the bench, playing with his dog.

"Due to his fragile state of mind, Tim forgot to take food to Chuck, which was part of his old self-imposed ritual. However, part of his worries were left behind when he saw the hobo playing on a bench with his dog."

Thanks.
