I would have said the same as Piscean. Out of curiosity, I then checked her biography online. She was born and raised in Wimbledon, in south-west London. She originally trained as an actress and I think that's evident in her enunciation and her body language/hand gestures. You can certainly tell that she now lives in the USA. For example, at 5:03, the way she says "fearful" clearly demonstrates an American influence in the "r".
