About KNOW NOT?

One of Albert Einstein's most famous quotes is "I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones."
KNOW NOT is strange to me. Is it the same as NOT KNOW, please?

It is a quasi-poetical (in)version of "do not know". You will see it most often used in poetry or rhetoric.
