3) A traffic policeman was standing at the traffic signal.
 
@tufguy Have you really got to whatever age you are and never noticed that the city in the US is not written "Newyork"? Please try harder.

They are all fine grammatically.

Really, @tufguy? Open Google maps, find that city on a map of the USA (or even just Google it) and compare what you've written to the correct version. We have literally spent years trying to get you use capital letters properly and it appears we've totally wasted our time.
