A question regarding "whoever" vs "anyone" .

Hello!

Does two sentences below sound OK especially the use of "whoever" and "anyone" ?
I am seeking your opinions.
Thank you ~

Whoever would like to participate in the company’s 10th anniversary should send a form to Ms.Butler.
Anyone planning on leaving town next week is encouraged to frequently check their email.
 
Both of them sound OKE to me

Sorry dear. It's because of my Japanese way of saying "OKE". I just didn't mean to write that.
