Say:

Part of my CV that I need help with

I don't see any problems. (Be sure to capitalize only proper nouns.)

Three-month partnership with Petrochemical Research and Technology Co. (Arak Centre).

Are you sure about this? Or was it an attachment or an internship?

Remove "has" from before "completed". It "third-person-izes" you.

Completed courses on... [because it is shorthand for "I completed courses on...]

Three-month partnership with Petrochemical Research and Technology Co. (Arak Centre).

Are you sure about this? Or was it an attachment or an internship?

Thank you for your comment. Yes. Actually it was an internship.
At this time, I have another question. I spent 12 months in an institution for doing my master's research. what should I say about that if I want to mention it?
For example: "twelve-month participation as MSc. student in ABC."

Thanks in advance.

Two things. An internship is not the same as a partnership. Say:

I spent twelve months at ABC doing research for my master's degree.
