a multiple choice pragmatics test of request and apology

The attached is a multiple choice pragmatics test of apology and request. I aim at using it as an instrument in my research project. I am not sure about the correct answers. I wonder if any native speakers can help me with answering the tests? I know it's time consuming but your answers will be of great help to me. The test has been derived from Hudson, Detmer,and Brown, (1995).
