At the end movie "House at the end of the street" cuts to a flashback where Max sees himself being slapped by his mother as a child when she calls him Carrie Ann and he says his name is Max.

We say a movie "Cuts to a flash back". Am I correct?

Yes, we can, or we can say it flashes back.

Tufguy, how many times do we have to tell you to correctly capitalise the first letter of all major words in movie and book titles?

Okay, sorry I capitalised the first word only. I will take care of this.
