Hi everyone , I will start studying English literature , and I began practicing my writing so I wrote a letter to the editor I will provide the link to the article here : please write me feedback on language and content and rate it out from 10.
https://mobile.nytimes.com/2017/03/.../opinion/editorialsandoped/letters/index.html

And my letter is :
To The Editor ,
"The Pope on Panhandling : Give Without Worry" ( Editorial March 3) . This article deals with the question: how should respond to the needy person who asks for help?

I would like to challenge the Pope Francis' perspective , offering money is not the appropriate thing to do , because we can not predict in which way this needy person will spend the money , he/she might buy alcohol or drugs which is dangerous , Therefore I believe that the right thing to do is to buy the necessary stuff like: food , clothes ,,and so on .

Hello Mayn, and welcome to the forum. :)
Note the changes I've made, especially to your punctuation.

I would give it a 6 or a 7.
