Hello there!
Could anyone help me the proper usage of the words "sometime" and "sometimes"? I do confuse them.

I am not a native English speaker.

Thanking you in advance.

Thank you very much for your timely and helpful reply. I went through the two dictionary links that you posted. I got the idea of how to use those words properly, so am I correct in the following sentences?

1. I joined this forum sometime last week.

2. We are going for a vacation sometime next year.

3. I sometimes get confused with some English words.

4. This friend of mine is sometimes very stubborn.

Add 'a' before 'vacation' and your sentences are correct.

Note also that 'some time' is used as two words like this:

'I intend to spend some time reading "The Cliff Tragedy" by Eileen Dover'.

Now I am clear about those words and I will be able to use them properly.
