Usage of a comma is incorrect in this sentence because you are not listing anything, separating clauses, using adverbs, dates, numbers, names, geography, using parenthetical phrases, using quotes, or separating adjectives.
It is always good to put a comma after an introductory phrase
to me, that comma shouldn't be there. I see it clear.
The sentence becomes more "alive" with comma.
If one is reading aloud, then one prefers a natural break, in which to breathe. Comma!

Much better if the comma was placed after last night and besides, mostly in that case the comma is always found after the word last night.
