There is nothing ambiguous about the sentence...and it has to be I was uneffected because the sntence saysME.

'They were unnafected' would be: "They left me, unmoved", meaning "They went away from me; they were unaffected".

"They left me unmoved" ı think it means they're indifferent toward me ,so the answer is 2 one (they re unaffected (unchanged, natural) )
